I greatly shortened the length of the blog where I -was annoyed by the mother of the 18 year old. I was wisely reminded to be careful of how much I say about work on here. ABSOLUTELY! I dont MIND my job so far. Its ok. Everyone is cool. Most people I call are pretty nice. Some are stubborn though. Nobody has been excessively rude. One lady was pissed cuz we always call around Christmas time. Funny, she had no other files in the system. Ohhhh well. Good luck getting a credit card for the holidays!! I am not the kind of person who calls people and screams at them. I know there are some who do, Ive HEARD it. I figure, you catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar. There is no need to be rude. I mean, we arent customer service, so we dont have to be nice, but if youre rude on that first call, youve lost their respect, your raport with them, and youve lost them..
