Forgot to mention this was based on a true conversation with Lena. Um, and I said "OMG I should make a comic out of this!" and then I added that I should take it a step further and use the idea of seeing his image in toast, like how people see Virgin Mary and Jesus in toast and grill cheese sandwiches. I dont have a celebrity toast collection, but I do have a sample of...oh never mind thats too gross.
Interview went well. She said she would call me within a day or two with prospective places to work at. Ill be making around 12$ an hour to start which is ACTUALLY better than what I was making at the collections agency. Receptionist looked a lot like one of those guys I mentioned in earlier blog except his dark skin was natural.
Speaking of money, I just discovered a hilarious trend of "Spocking your fives" that is occurring across Canada. I saw this and I was in tears laughing. (As a trekkie and a Canadian...I never saw his resemblance to Spock till now.) I wish I hade a five dollar bill....
Although technically it is illegal to deface money....pshaw. Its just a silly law.
Hes cute but a bit pretty. At least he looks like a boy. Hmm. Give him about 10 years.
