I HATE 80's MUSIC!!!! HATE IT! HATE IT! HATE IT! 85% of it ALL SUCKS!!! (Easy listening, adult contemporary, Kenny G, Kenny Logins, Kenny Rogers, Anne Murray, Bette Middler,ect)
The song that Colin sings is probably one of the most torturous 80's songs I know. The gender of the singer is not easily discernable as his voice sounds neither strongly masculine or strongly feminine. As for the song that is being song to Mina over the phone (by a married friend), I actually LIKE that particular 80's song, but Mina does not. I know, wierd, since Mina represents me.The only thing worse than Jack FM is their STUPID commercials. Its a station that plays 80's, 90's and todays, but I find it just sucks. Like some woman pulls up to me in her car and "Ice Ice Baby" is playing. Please, I dont want to vomit into my own mouth. They say 'we play what WE want' which is why they suck. JR FM on the other hand, plays 'what you want', so it rules.

So Ive been reading about these international film festivals going on. Gerry was at the Toronto film festival. For the premier of Beowulf and Grendal. Not much good for me since I live near Vancouver! And then I heard about The Calgary International Film Festival. The what? Calgary? That hick town is having a film festival? Is Gerry going to be there? Hmm....Not that I can get to Calgary. Then I kept looking. Vancouver film festival. VANCOUVER?! MY TOWN? At the VOGUE theatre on October 7th, 9:45 for 9.50$, (to buy online, you need a credit card, wouldnt ya know it, I DONT HAVE ONE!) a screening of Beowulf and Grendel? Will Gerry be there? Heavan help me, if he is, Im gunna need my Depends!
